I have been a Realtor since 1983.  Throughout that time I have built my career, and coming into this new economy of foreclosures I represented (and still represent) 7 different Bankruptcy Trustees.  This experience prepared me to work the new foreclosure market.  I have sold foreclosures and handled short sales now for the past 5 years. Enhancing my experience for short sales and foreclosures I was a licensed mortgage representative for nearly 2 years in the mid 1990's. And I consult to Accountants and Financial Managers and regularly secure for them commercial mortgage monies under a separate company RAR Financial.I have represented a good number of residential and commercial investors. I own 14 residential investment units and have managed the rehabilitation of each of these properties over the past 12 years this keeps me informed as to ways of doing repairs and enhancements inexpensively.
